Partners In Excellence® (PIE) is our internal, fleet-specific quality assurance programme. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, PIE offers recognition, rewards and bonuses to employees based on company achievement of specific performance goals. In addition, there are also a wide variety of PIE activities scheduled throughout the year, including a week-long employee appreciation event, lunches, contests, raffles, giveaways and more.
