ARI continues its focus on customer service with the promotion of Nimesh Chauhan to Manager of Account Management, and the appointment of a new Strategic Account Manager, Simon Cayless.
Nimesh has been instrumental in executing numerous projects since he joined ARI in February 2017 and his new role will see him coordinate the account management team across the company’s entire client portfolio and drive forward its customer service focused strategy.
Supporting him is new Strategic Account Manager Simon who brings with him over 14 years fleet management expertise and will be focused on delivering value to ARI’s customers via insight, innovation and partnership.
