ARI was recognized at the 2016 Fleet World Honours, one of the most prestigious events in the UK fleet industry, with an award in the category of Innovation for Daily Rentals. This confirms ARI’s ranking among key rental players in the United Kingdom. The presentation of the awards was held at The Royal Automobile Club, in the UK, on 19 April 2016.
Fleet World editors highlighted that ARI’s holistic approach to rentals is the key to the innovation behind its rental program, stating in the award citation that “ARI’s Hire Management system gives a rental solution that works with a select group of suppliers for the diverse needs of its customers, identifying potential savings and adding value such as out of hours service, crossover into manufacturer schemes and customised vehicles.”
In response to the award, Jason Chamberlain, director of sales and marketing for ARI in the UK, commented: “We are delighted to be recognised by Fleet World as the recipient of this award. We’ve worked hard to bring innovation to our rental approach, taking our key principles of fleet management and applying them to ensure that rental is brought into the core of our offering, rather than treating rental like an ancillary service. We’ve done this by working with selected partners which add value to our diverse customer base, whether it’s through offering extended out-of-hours solutions in nationwide high-demand locations, leveraging strong manufacturer relationships or the ability to provide customised and branded vehicles on a long-term rental basis. Whether it’s providing a car for five days, a tipper for ten days or a branded van for five months, we are able to meet every customer’s unique rental needs.”
