ARI Careers’ right to suspend or cancel your registration

ARI may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

You can cancel this agreement at any time by informing us in writing. If you do so, you must stop using the ARI Careers Site.

The suspension or cancellation of your registration and your right to use the ARI Careers Site shall not affect either party’s rights or liabilities.

What type of information is collected and how is it used and how long is it kept?

The personal information we may collect might include:

  • Personal contact details
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV)

This information is used for the purpose of the recruitment process and will be held for the duration of the recruitment and for 1 year after the application process is complete. If you are successful in your job application we will hold this information as part of your personnel file under our HR retention policy.

Transferring your information outside of Europe

As part of the services offered to you, the information which you provide to us may be transferred our parent company in USA : Automotive Rentals, Inc., t/a ARI, a New Jersey, US corporation and affiliate of ARI (“ARI US”) under our Data Transfer Agreement containing the EU Model Contractual Clauses. Job applications are transferred under appropriate safeguards (Privacy Shield) to our contracted supplier, Workday Inc. in the US. Subject Access Requests
