Nick is responsible for all of ARI’s operations in the UK and plays an instrumental role in the company’s continued investment in global markets.
Nick has more than 20 years of leadership experience having spent the previous 12 years with HP/Hewlett Packard Enterprise, most recently as the Vice President of Global IT Strategy and Operations, where he achieved significant success in cost reduction and operating efficiencies. Nick also served as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, overseeing more than 800 procurement professionals responsible for the purchase of all non-production goods including its global fleet.
Kate is responsible for the financial management of the business and the leadership of the Finance function, providing strategic advice on financial and governance matters, and has a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting and controls. Kate joined ARI in 2015, having previously held the position of Finance Manager with Nutricia UK. Kate gained her ACA qualification with PwC and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Matt leads the ARI operational teams, overseeing ARI’s services and products supported by the company’s continued significant investment in technology and further developing ARI as one of the UK’s premier fleet management companies. Matt has 20 years’ experience in leasing and fleet management and has managed accident management, maintenance, supply chain and customer services, joining ARI from his previous position as Operations Director for LeasePlan. Matt plays a key role in delivering initiatives to provide clients with operational efficiencies, return on investment and improved customer satisfaction. Matt also has a BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering.
Rory oversees the development and growth of ARI’s sales development team across the UK, working with existing clients to maximise their revenue-generating potential while also building stronger fleet opportunities for new and potential customers. Rory came to ARI in 2016 from GE Capital, serving as Head of Asset Funding. He was promoted to Sales Director in May 2020. Rory holds a degree in Management Organisations from Loughborough University and a CIMA in Financial Accounting.
President & CEO, Holman Business Services
Chris’ strategic vision for leveraging core competencies across Holman’s commercial businesses is driven by his understanding of our clients’ needs and his diverse career, spanning multiple countries and business units. He joined ARI’s Canadian client services team in 1994 and then went on to serve in a variety of roles in the U.S. and Canada. Chris became senior vice president and chief operating officer of ARI’s Canadian business and then served as president of ARI from 2015 to 2018 where he was the key architect of ARI’s expansion into the European market. While continuing to lead ARI’s global fleet operations, Chris assumed his current position in 2016. Today, Chris provides executive oversight to Holman’s three diverse commercial businesses: ARI, Auto Truck Group, and Holman Parts Distribution. Chris attended the University of Ottawa and the Queen’s School of Business.
Bob’s 30 years of experience at ARI inspires employees at every level within the company to deliver thoughtful customer service and strive for continuous achievement. Bob joined ARI in 1989 and managed three fleet management services areas before being promoted to director of fleet services in 2001 and then vice president of operations in 2005. He advanced to senior vice president of fleet management services in 2011. From 2013 to 2018, Bob served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, using his vast strategic and operational experience to oversee ARI’s North American vehicle supply chain, licensing and compliance, remarketing, fleet management and call center teams as well as global product management. Appointed president in 2018, Bob leads all of ARI’s global operations. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from Albright College.
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Mark’s greatest contribution to ARI is his adept ability to streamline processes, improve procedures and develop efficiencies in any environment. Mark is equally admired for the personal connections he makes with his teams and for developing leaders among them. Mark joined ARI in 2007 as manager of vehicle acquisition and was promoted to director of call center operations in 2010. Mark served as senior vice president of European operations starting in 2011, where he played a critical role in ARI’s successful expansion into the U.K. and its subsequent expansion into continental Europe in 2013. Appointed to his current position in 2018, Mark oversees ARI’s fleet management, supply chain and product management teams globally. Prior to joining ARI, Mark served as vice president and general manager of Miller Truck Leasing Company and several sales and management positions with Rollins Leasing Corp. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Rowan University.
Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer
Rick delivers value at ARI by creating unification, synergy, and mutual vision across decentralized global teams. Since joining the company in 2010, Rick has held the positions of vice president of operations, vice president of sales and marketing, and most recently, senior vice president and general manager, Canada. Today, Rick is responsible for all of ARI’s new business development and client relations activity globally. Prior to joining ARI, Rick served in leadership roles for Molson Coors, Ocean Spray International, and Unilever Canada. Rick has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto and has completed the Queen’s University Executive Development Program.
